Shipping Fees

  • We charge shipping fees for all products and it should be paid via Chaku-barai when you receive the products.

Cash on Delivery (COD)- only available

  • If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method, an additional COD service charge will apply regardless of the order amount.

  • The exact fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment (or confirmation of COD).

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Japan, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your delivery.
